Terms of publication
To publish an article in Kherson State University Herald. Series “Legal Sciences” № 4, 2024 it is necessary by July 31, 2024:

▶ To the e-mail address editor@lj.kherson.ua send an article prepared in accordance with the specified requirements.
Academic integrity
The Editorial Board guarantees high-quality anonymous peer-review of articles and their check for plagiarism using StrikePlagiarism.com by the Polish company Plagiat.pl.
Prohibition to refer to the aggressor state’s scholarly papers
It is prohibited citing and including in the reference list russian-language contributions published in any country, incl. papers written in other languages but published in russia and belarus.
The cost of publishing an article is 1200 UAH (the volume of the article up to 12 pages inclusive). If the article exceeds the stated volume, the author of the article should pay 40 UAH for each additional page. The publication fee covers expenses associated with reviewing, article proofreading and editing, journal mocking-up and publication of its electronic version.
If desired, an author can order a printed copy of the journal. The cost of a printed copy is UAH 800, which is paid in addition to the publication fee.
Journal electronic version will be available on the website on September 30, 2024.
Authors who ordered a printed copy will receive it before October 30, 2024.
