Abstract

The article is devoted to the consideration of artificial intelligence as a separate legal category. The sociovaluable aspects of artificial intelligence, its scope of application are defined, drafts of domestic regulatory acts in the field of artificial intelligence are analyzed, the main features of the readiness of the legal mechanism for the implementation of artificial intelligence are determined At the legislative level, as well as in the process of forming ideological directions of the legal policy of regulating relations regarding artificial intelligence, we consider the need to take into account the importance of artificial intelligence as a factor of changes in many processes of general societal importance proven Artificial intelligence has a place as a new idea in the philosophical and legal dimension and a specific legal phenomenon. Its research can and should take place in a complex combination of approaches from various fields and aspects of the relevant subject. It is necessary to proceed from the difference between the desired value orientations and the realities of the formation of artificial intelligence technologies, which leads to the conclusion about: the relentless development of AI technologies and the spread of the use of its individual systems and algorithms; high rates of development of artificial intelligence technologies as one of the main factors of its popularization; the need to ascertain the unreadiness of many legal mechanisms for the effective integration of artificial intelligence into social relations as an independent subject and (or) a fundamentally new structural element of such relations. The adoption of the profile law "On artificial intelligence" will allow unifying legal definitions, creating a clear structure of legal relations, defining specifics of fenses and specifics of liability in the field of artificia intelligence.
