THE INFLUENCE OF TOBAR’S POLITICAL DOCTRINE ON INTERNATIONAL LEGAL RULES OF RECOGNITION OF GOVERNMENT

Abstract
The article deals with the analysis of the influence of Tobar’s political doctrine on international legal rules of recognition of government; International legal treaties that consolidated the provisions of the doctrine were investigated.
