PRINCIPLES OF ACTIVITY OF THE PUBLIC ADMINISTRATION OF THE GAS ADMINISTRATIVE DEPARTMENT OF UKRAINE

Abstract

The article formulated the concept of principles of public administration, which carries out public administration of the gas extraction industry in Ukraine. These are the system of rules, ideas and standards on which energy security and independence of the country are based, the organizational basis for the development of the gas industry and the separate implementation of the power, management and service responsibilities of general and special representatives of public administration. It is believed that this is enshrined in the administrative norm basis, which serves as a basis for: 1) the allocation of a specific entity with the exclusive authority for the public administration of the Ukrainian gas extraction industry; 2) performance by the authorized entity of its obligations to the state and society; 3) establishing the boundaries of the necessary and acceptable conduct of potential participants in administrative and legal relations in this area; 4) the full development, operation and approval of energy security and independence of the country.
