TO THE QUESTION OF PRINCIPLES OF DISCIPLINARY LIABILITY IN LABOR LAW

Abstract

The article deals with the principles of disciplinary liability, which is proposed to understand how the legal principles of its implementation, which are developed taking into account scientific achievements, determine its general orientation, essence, content and main features, as well as ensure the effectiveness of labor legis- lation in the relevant field. The basic principles of disciplinary responsibility include: legality, inevitability, justice, presumption of innocence of an employee, individualization of responsibility, publicity, justification of the chosen type of disciplinary punishment, comprehensive protection of workers’ rights.
