Conditions
To publish an article in Scientific Bulletin of Kherson State University. Series "Legal Sciences" № 4, 2026 it is necessary by September 18, 2026:

▶ To the e-mail address editor@lj.kherson.ua send an article prepared in accordance with the specified requirements.
No more than one article by the same author (co-author) may be published in the issue.
The editorial board encourages authors to submit manuscripts in English to facilitate the international dissemination of research findings.
Academic integrity
Submitted manuscripts are subject to editing, peer review, and plagiarism check using StrikePlagiarism.com by the Polish company Plagiat.pl.
Articles must contain reliable information and must not contain fabricated or falsified information by the author. In case of making assumptions or unproven statements, this must be stated in the article.
Authors must indicate in the articles information about the conflict of interest, the extent of use / non-use of AI tools when writing the article.
Prohibition to refer to the aggressor state’s scholarly papers
It is prohibited citing and including in the reference list russian-language contributions published in any country, incl. papers written in other languages but published in russia and belarus.
Information on Article Processing and Publication Fees:
Journal does not charge submission fees. Publication fees are charged only after the manuscript is accepted for publication.
If the article successfully passes peer review and is accepted for publication, the author will be provided with bank details for payment of the publication fee. After making the payment, the author must send a copy of the receipt to the editorial office.
The publication fee is UAH 1800 (up to 12 pages). Each extra page is charged at UAH 50. The publication fee covers the costs associated with the processing, peer review, and/or publication of the article.
The editorial board accepts individual articles submitted by postgraduate students enrolled in state-funded programs for publication free of charge, provided that the manuscripts are authored solely by the students (without co-authors), comply with the journal’s requirements, and adhere to the principles of academic integrity.
Along with the manuscript, postgraduate students enrolled in state-funded programs must submit a certificate issued the graduate studies department confirming their enrollment. The certificate must be signed by the head of the relevant department and bear the its official seal.
Authors may also order a printed copy of the journal. The cost of a printed copy is UAH 1000 and is payable in addition to the publication fee.
Journal electronic version will be available on the website on November 30, 2026.
Authors who ordered a printed copy will receive it on December 30, 2026.
