STATE CONTROL OF ENTREPRENEURIAL ACTIVITIES: ADMINISTRATIVE AND LEGAL PRINCIPLES OF ORGANIZATION AND FUNCTIONING

Abstract

The purpose of the article is to study the main aspects and problematic issues of administrative and legalregulation of organizational processes and the functioning of state control over business entities. The researchuses general scientific methods of analysis and special methods of scientific knowledge, in particular: systemanalysis, dialectical analysis, comparative legal analysis, method of generalization and systematization.The results. The conducted studies of problematic issues of administrative and legal regulation of the processesof organization and functioning of state control over subjects of entrepreneurial activity allowed to identifysignificant problems of ensuring such control, among which are: (1) insufficient level of legislative and regulatory regulation of the activity of the institute of state control over the subject objects of entrepreneurial activity; (2)non-systematization and contradiction of the norms of administrative and legal regulation of state control overbusiness entities; (3) imperfect classification of types of state control over business entities. The dominant roleof war factors on the processes of organization and functioning of state control over subjects of entrepreneurialactivity has been established. Conclusions. Modern challenges and dangers of a global and local naturecause the emergence of problems of administrative and legal regulation of the processes of organizationand functioning of state control over entities of entrepreneurial activity, as a result of which the existingnorms of the current legislation are ineffective and require revision and improvement. The need to strengthenthe administrative and legal regulation of the processes of organization and functioning of state control overentities of entrepreneurial activity, in particular, at the regional and local level, especially in those regionswhere active hostilities are taking place, caused by the armed military aggression of the Russian Federation,is proven.
