TRENDS IN THE DEVELOPMENT OF THE RIGHT TO SOCIAL SECURITY

Abstract

The article analyzes specific trends in the development of the right to social security. The author determines the following ones: expanding content of the right to social security, combination of publicity and privacy in the mechanism of enforcement, active application the principles of social dialogue in the process of its enshrinement, determination of content, procedure of realization and protection.
