INSTITUTE OF ROGATORY LETTER IN THE CIVIL PROCESS OF UKRAINE: CONCEPT AND CONTENT

Abstract

The comprehensive legal analysis of the institute of “rogatory letter” is presented in a broad and narrow sense, its limits and structure are revealed on the basis of a comparative study of the norms of the existing procedural codes of Ukraine, the relation between the concept of “rogatory letter” and other competing procedural institutions. The necessity of unification of the terminological use of the concept of “rogatory letter” in the procedural legislation of Ukraine and introduction of its new forms, in particular, the pre-trial request, is indicated.
