Abstract

The article analyzes the content of regulations governing the activities of the state executive service of Ukraine as the subject of the application of administrative coercion, determined by their place and role in the government of Ukraine, system structure and competence. The author examines the history, current state and possible prospects for development of the state executive service of Ukraine.
