THE PHILOSOPHY OF NATURAL LAW IN THE SYSTEM OF GENERAL LEGAL PRINCIPLES OF THE HUMAN RIGHTS DOCTRINE

Abstract

The article is devoted to the disclosure of the essence of the doctrines of the philosophy of natural law in the system of general legal principles of the doctrine of human rights. The author determines that natural law is a set of basic laws, provisions and principles that determine the behavior of people in society, regardless of positive law. At the same time, natural rights are laws that are legally established and defined and guaranteed by the state, which reflect the will of a person to act in his own discretion and in his conviction in order to satisfy his own interests and needs.
