The article reveals the role of the norms of administrative law of Ukraine and Romania in ensuring crossborder cooperation between Ukraine and Romania. The norms of administrative law govern the administrative actions of the public administration of Ukraine and Romania. These administrative actions are aimed at strengthening and deepening good-neighborly relations between territorial communities and state authorities under the jurisdiction of both countries. In addition, with the help of the norms of administrative law, international and administrative agreements are concluded and executed, executive and regulatory activities are carried out in order to ensure cross-border cooperation between Ukraine and Romania.
