TERMINOLOGICAL UNCERTAINTY OF THE CATEGORY WHICH EXPLORE VOL- UNTARY BODIES OF THE COURT AUTHORITY WHICH COMES WITH THE PRINCIPLE OF JURIS- DICTION

Abstract

In this article, the author, on the basis of the logical-semantic analysis of the words “court”, “acts”, “deci- sion”, “ruling”, “legal”, “justice” tried to overcome the terminological uncertainty of the general theoretical category, which reflects the will of the judicial authorities and is based on the principle of justice. According to the results of the study, arguments are put forward in favor of the use in the legal doctrine and national procedural legislation of the legal term “legal act of the court authority”, since other terms do not indicate the connection of the will of the court authorities and its results with the principle of justice.
