PROCEDURE FOR APPROVAL OF EXPERTS AS A ELEMENT OF THE PROCESSUAL FORM OF RECEIPT OF ITS CONCLUSION IN CRIMINAL PROCEEDINGS

Abstract

The article is devoted to the research of the procedural order of involving an expert during the criminal proceedings. The mechanism of initiation of consideration of the question about conducting an examination and their resolution during the pre-trial investigation and trial is disclosed. On the basis of the results of the research a number of proposals for introducing amendments and additions to the CPC of Ukraine is formulated and substantiated.
