PUBLIC ADMINISTRATION METHODS PROTECTION OF THE RIGHTS OF OWNERSHIP IN UKRAINE

Abstract

The article defines the methods of public administration of the protection of property rights in Ukraine as administrative tools of the mechanism of public administration, which are methods and techniques of power-motivating influence of subjects of public administration on the right of ownership as an object of administrative and legal protection in order to implement power and administrative functions subjects of public administration, protection of property rights and other rights, legitimate interests of individuals and society.
