PREVENTIVE ACTIVITY OF POLICE IN THE AREA OF THE SOUTHERN PRIVATE

Abstract

The article investigates the preventive activities of the police in the field of juvenile prevention, which should help to strengthen the responsibility of the family, society and the state for the process of raising and establishing children, ensuring the observance of the rights and freedoms of children who are in conflict with the law by increasing their legal and social protection. The basic directions of preventive activity of the police in the field of juvenile prevention are singled out and disclosed. The ways of improving the legal support of the activities of the juvenile preventive units of the National Police are proposed.
