LEGAL REGULATION OF THE IMPLEMENTATION OF PUBLIC EXPENDITURE IN UKRAINE

Abstract

The article outlines the theoretical and legal basis for the implementation of public expenditures in Ukraine. The author considers regulation implementation of public expenditure in the Ukraine through the analysis of existing regulations. The necessity of adapting current legislation to international standards and using the experience of foreign countries to implement the concept of a holistic system of public expenditures has been identified.
