Abstract

The article devoted to the disclosure of the case law of the European Court of Human Rights. The questions concerning the position of decisions of the European Court of Human Rights in the national legal system as legal source are analyzed. The characteristics of the European Court of Human Rights decision, which charac­terize it as a precedent, are described.
