Abstract

In the article, based on the study of doctrinal sources, jurisprudence, including decisions of the European Court of Human Rights, the peculiarities of the subject of crimes related to non-enforcement of the court de­cisions in criminal proceedings is determined (articles 382, 389, 3891, 390 and 3901 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine).
