Abstract

The article is devoted to the definition of the criterion of distinguishing between administrative and constitutional legal relations in certain spheres of activity of the public administration and public organizations. It is determined that constitutional legal relations are characterized by a political nature, and administrative legal relations are organizational and mainly take the form of administrative procedures.
