Abstract

The article is devoted to the improvement of labor legislation of Ukraine in the field of private banking institutions, the methodical approach of employing workers by means of adjusting the employee’s wage tax scheme is proposed, that will allow controlling authorities of Ukraine to reduce the percentage of scheduled and unscheduled inspections of the organizations.
