Abstract

The article is devoted to the consideration of the peculiarities of international cooperation of Ukraine in the sphere of prevention and counteraction to corruption. In particular, the article highlights international anti-corruption acts, through which states try to coordinate the criminalization of corruption acts and establish common standards for fighting corruption.
