Abstract

The article is devoted to the subject of assault offences associated with the misuse of budget funds. Clarified the scientific issues and terminological questions of the subject encroachment. Analyses presented in the legal literature views the concept of a budget and the subject infringement as an element of criminalistic characteristics of a crime. Given the classification of budgets and funds, their signs and features are indicated.
