DEVELOPMENT AND THE CURRENT STATE OF LEGAL REGULATION OF PREVENTION OF CORRUPTION IN THE NATIONAL POLICE OF UKRAINE

Abstract

The article analyzes the legal positions of scientists regarding the understanding of legal regulation. The groups of normative legal acts aimed at preventing corruption in the bodies of the National Police are isolated and investigated. The importance of departmental regulations on the prevention of corruption in the activities of the police bodies was emphasized and the priority directions for the implementation of anti-corruption policy in the police bodies were identified.
