Abstract

The article is devoted to the analysis of various approaches to the content of the concept of “legal regime”. The author analyzes and systematizes both the definitions proposed by scholars and the definitions contained in the ukrainian legislation. As a result, the author highlights several approaches to understanding of term “legal regime” and briefly characterizes each of them.
