SUBJECTIVE RIGHTS IN THE STRUCTURE OF THE LEGAL STATUS OF THE CHILD

Abstract

The article is devoted to the description of the child's subjective rights as an element of his/her legal status. The author defines the rights of the child, reveals their features and offers classification. In conclusion the author substantiates that the rights of the child are the most important element of his/her legal status and they have a social content.
