THE EXPERIENCE OF EUROPEAN COUNTRIES REGARDING THE LEGAL REGULATION OF DISCIPLINARY LIABILITY OF STATE EXECUTIVES AND THE POSSIBILITY OF ITS USE IN UKRAINE

Abstract

In the article, on the basis of the analysis of scientific views of scientists and foreign literature, the experience of European countries regarding the legal regulation of the disciplinary liability of state executives is examined and the possibilities of its use in Ukraine are determined. It is stated that today in Europe and in the world there is a considerable number of positive examples in the construction of legislation, which determines the legal basis for prosecuting state executives.
