THE FUNCTIONING OF THE SYSTEM OF EXPERIENCE IN THE MEMBER STATES OF THE EUROPEAN UNION

Abstract

The article substantiates the relevance and timeliness of studying the European experience of the functioning of the pre-trial investigation system. Because of the study of the organization and functioning of the pre-trial investigation system in the Member States of the European Union, specific preconditions for the functioning of the pre-trial investigation system in these countries are determined. The peculiarities of the functioning of the system of pre-trial investigation in certain member states of the European Union are established.
