ADMINISTRATIVE AND LEGAL REGULATION OF THE ACTIVITIES OF THE COURT UNDERTAKING IN UKRAINE

Abstract

The article is devoted the content and essence of administrative and legal regulation of the activity of the court apparatus in Ukraine. It was found that the content of the analyzed category is actual (internal and external methods of influence on professional behavior and actual actions of employees of the court apparatus) and normative (a set of effective administrative rules that establish the procedure, procedure and mechanisms for the implementation of the court apparatus activity). Essence represents the peculiarities of the implementation of the rule-making and the right of the implementation of the two-party system of governing subjects of influence.
