Abstract

Based on the analysis of the current criminal procedural law and investigative practice, the article identifies certain features of evidence in criminal proceedings conducted by judges of the Constitutional Court of Ukraine, in particular the start of a pre-trial investigation, reporting suspicion, detention, arrest, detention and suggested ways to solve criminal production in respect of a separate category of persons defined in Article 480 of the Code of Criminal Procedure of Ukraine.
