ADMINISTRATION OF CLIMATIC EFFORTS: THE QUESTIONS OF THE ASSESSMENT AND THE ACCOUNT OF GREENHOUSE GAS

Abstract

The article is devoted to research of doctrinal approaches and national legislation on struggle with the consequences of the climatechange in the context of the second period of the Kyoto Protocol’s commitments, where the main vector is the reduction ofanthropogenic emissions – greenhouse gases. Legal problems and the ways of perfecting of regulation of the assessment and the account of greenhouse gas are being identified.
