Abstract

In the article, on the basis of the study of the theory of law and the analysis of the current legislation, the administrative-legal provision of prosecutorial activities in the field of execution of sentences of Ukraine is clarified. The normative legal acts regulating prosecutorial activities in the field of execution of sentences are defined and classified. The administrative law regulating the prosecution activity in the field of execution of punishments is analyzed and ways of its improvement are offered.
