TO THE PROBLEM OF DEFINITION OF THE SUBJECTS OF PROCEDURAL LEGAL RELATIONS IN THE LABOR LAW OF UKRAINE

Abstract

In the article, on the basis of the analysis of scientific views of scientists, author’s definition of the concept of subjects of procedural legal relations in the labor law of Ukraine is provided. It was stated that subjects of procedural legal relations in the labor law of Ukraine are a circle of subjects of law, according to which current legislation recognizes subjective rights and legal obligations regarding participation in cases on the resolution of labor disputes, disputes, regardless of the role of these subjects in this process. It is noted that one of the essential features of procedural relations in labor law is the circle of their participants or their subjective composition.
