LEGAL ANALYSIS OF ARBITRATION JUSTICE CRISIS CAUSES IN THE PUBLIC INTERNATIONAL LAW

Abstract

The article deals with the legal analysis of arbitration justice crisis in the international law. The process of international arbitration development and its advantages were investigated. The reasons weakening the role of such a way of disputes resolving in the format of the Permanent Court of Arbitration were analyzed. The article emphasizes creation of favorable conditions to review the place and role of the Permanent Court of Arbitration and reasonable steps to implement reforms in the system of this body.
