Abstract

The article is devoted to the investigation of widespread cases of violation of the right to protection of the person, which is the basis for the recognition of evidence inadmissible in criminal proceedings. Taking into ac­count the practice of the European Court of Human Rights, proposals were made to prevent and solve existing problems on this issue.
