CRITICAL ANALYSIS OF NORMS ON INTENTIONAL MURDER BY A MOTHER OF HER NEWBORN CHILD

Abstract

The article is devoted to criminal-law investigation of the norm, which implies responsibility for the delib­erate murder of the mother of her newborn child in the legislation of the countries of the Romano-Germanic legal family. On the basis of system analysis of domestic and foreign studies, monographs and other literature, the peculiarities of the qualification of this crime against the life and property of the legislation of the countries of the continental law were determined.
