CUSTOM FORMALITIES RELATED TO REALIZATION OF CUSTOM CONTROL OF SHIPS OF FOREIGN SWIMMINGAND MEMBERS OF CREW

Abstract

The article is sanctified to research of order of implementation of custom formalities in relation to the ships of the foreign swimming and members of crew, that is related exceptionally to realization of custom control. It is set that both on arrival and on leaving of ship in port/from port the same custom formalities and acting are executed on some exception. It is found out, that as a rule the customs inspection of the personal things of members of crew is conducted on board ship.
