Abstract

The article deals with theoretical and legislative analysis of the legal status of the subjects of collective labor law, characterizes its main elements. The necessity of improvement of the legislative status of subjective rights, legal obligations and powers of participants of collective labor legal relations emphasized. The argu­ments that legal liability is an obligatory structural element of the legal status of these subjects of law are given.
